What is my commission and when do l get paid?
Your commission will be 65% on each sale that you make on our platform whether you sell digital products or physical products and payouts are made every month end and you should expect to receive your money within 7 business days
How do l get paid ?
You get paid 65% of your sales every month end via bank transfer for that particular month and the money should reflect in your bank account within 7 business days and ensure you entered the right account number.
Can I sell quizzes?
Currently we do not allow the selling of quizzes but when we do , an announcement will be made regarding that.
Can l sell physical products as well?
Yes, physical products can be sold on our platform and ensure that you upload that your pictures are original and show the product in its condition and provide details on its condition whether it has torn pages or any writing on it and explain in detail.
When and how do l withdraw?
Withdrawals can only be done on the last day of the month , any withdrawal requests made during the month will be accepted and paid only at month end. Payments are made through bank transfers only . In order to request a withdrawal , you first need to fill in your payment details and then go to the withdrawal section of your vendor dashboard and click the button withdraw request , selecting the amount you want to withdraw and it will be sent for approval. We then approve and pay the amount at month end . It may take 7 business days to reflect on your account depending on the bank you use.
Can I sell digital documents belonging to someone else?
No , we don't at allow the selling of someone else's work without their consent as that constitutes copyright infringement and should you receive multiple copyright infringement strikes , we will be forced to removed your account and all your products from our marketplace. Please ensure that whatever digital product you are selling is your own.
In which format can I upload a document a document
We allow documents to be uploaded in pdf form or as powerpoint slides only and also ensure that the document you upload corresponds with the product details you have provided.
How do l upload digital products on the platform?
Once you are successfully registered and approved by admin Go to the menu icon and go to your vendor dashboard. Click the products section and and the box icon in order to add products and fill in the product details and submit for approval. Once accepted, the product will be available for purchase

Therefore, we require that all products uploaded must have at least a minimum of 3 pictures accompanying the cover page, which is 4 in total. Your description must not be too short and vague,ensure that it is clear and understandable. If you fail to meet these requirements , we will reject your product and you will have to try again after you have corrected it.
Can l sell assignments or answers to exams?
We do not allow the selling of assignments or any study material that promotes cheating or helps another student get access to answers. Here ,at TeachMzantsi we adhere to a strict policy that supports the selling of study materials that assist one's understanding of a subject or module. Why doesn't my store profile show the number of followers I have?
Apologies about that , we are still improving our marketplace and our functionalities as we have just officially launched . The number of followers cannot be seen on your profile but its seen on your vendor dashboard and this is due to the nature of the marketplace and how it was designed by its creators ,. For now ,it is designed for the purpose of sending email updates to your followers whenever you have uploaded new products on your store

Do the events and jobs posted here require one to exercise due diligence?
Yes , it is very much encouraged by us that everyone exercises their due diligence when responding to whatever job or event is posted. We provide you with a platform to interact and get opportunities but you as the user must ensure that you know enough about the event or job and you have done your research as we cannot fully prove its reliability. We as TeachMzantsi will definitely do our part in checking each event and job post uploaded here before approving it.
What kinds of events am I required to post?
ou are required to post educational or events that promote learning , provide opportunities for teachers , learners or community . Events that give back to the community and share knowledge and experiences are most definitely accepted here. We do not allow events that are not for the benefit of the people or society at large and their livelihood for example A sports event that people must come and watch only and no one is allowed to participate and no opportunities or scholarships will be provided to them. We would have accepted it if the event was to support young and talented kids (which is an example of giving back to the community)

How do l upload digital and physical products on the platform?

How does shipping work and who does it?
The shipping process will be done by the vendor and a conversation tab is made available for you to communicate with the vendor on which courier company is convenient for you as the customer and once you confirm that you have received the order , the vendor will get paid . Can I request for a refund?
