After purchasing customers may request for refunds on the following grounds for digital products:
- Product is damaged, defective, and unusable for learning or teaching and vendor refuses or cannot provide a replacement
- The product has missing parts or does not match the vendor’s product description. The vendor did not include in the product what was promised in the product description. There is a discrepancy between the product description and the actual product received and vendor refuses or cannot provide a proper replacement
- The product received is incorrect and not at all what was stated in product description or what they are selling .The wrong item was sent and vendor cannot provide you with the correct product
Please note: For digital products , refunds are only given , should a vendor not be able to provide you with a proper replacement or refuses to do so.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item was purchased directly from TeachMzantsi.
- The item is unused, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is initiated within 3 days of the purchase date.
How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at athidikana@gmail.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Packaging: Securely package the item, including all original packaging and any additional items that came with the product.
- Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided, and be sure to include the RA number on the package.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. Please note the following:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

Additional information for Physical Products
A customer may request for a refund due to the product being damaged and if this was not mentioned to them by the vendor or the product is incorrect and the vendor did not the mention in the product description that product may have damages .The refund will be accepted only if the replacing the product is not possible and there is no agreement or consensus.
When doing replacement requests, customer will have to ship the product in its original condition at their expense (refund will be made for shipping to the customer after replacement is completed) and once vendor receive the product ,vendor will send the proper product. No restocking fees are imposed on products returned by customers. When doing refund request, customers will ship the product in its original condition at their expense and once the vendor confirms they have received the product, the customer will get their refund excluding shipping fees and this is done within 72 hours after receiving the product. Customers should receive their money back within 7 business days
